Once that step is done, think of dates you will want to travel, such as: month, certain days, number of days you would like to be gone. Don't forget about the budget early on. Sometime the budget will determine your options and help narrow the decisions. Need an idea of type of vacation? - Call, email, or stop in at our office to contact us about your future plans. To start the process faster, fill out the trip inquiry at the bottom of this page. Once we have collected the basic information we will be able to help you right away! We select resorts, cruises or activities to fit around your budget. Once we send you the quote, you decide if you like that option or want to see others. A bonus working with a travel agent is we are usually able to offer our clients are payment plan. A deposit is due at time of booking to reserve or hold your room/flight/stateroom. Then there is a final payment deadline the suppliers choose (usually 60-90 days from date of travel). This way, you do not have to pay for your trip upfront and can make small payments as you like. We take out all the long, stressful hours of researching online for you and try to work with you the best we can to plan a great getaway!
- Once everything is confirmed and ticketed, you will collect any e-tickets if they are available and ask any last minute questions for your travel agent. After that, Pack Your Bags - Adventure & Relaxation Awaits!
